N is for Naughty
It’s been forever since I participated in ABC Wednesday, so I was really excited when I saw that this week’s letter was “N.” I immediately thought of the perfect picture …

Even if Mandy is being naughty by getting up on the car hood, I think she looks so sad. Maybe she forgot where she buried a treat?
Anyone have experience breaking a beagle from jumping up on the car hood??? Mandy loves to perch on the hood and watch the world go by. She started doing this with my Escort and then with the above car that I borrowed from a friend after my accident. So far, I haven’t seen her on the Corolla hood. I’m hoping the hood is too slanted for her to stay on it.

I love this photo. And unfortunately I can’t help you with the no-jumping-on-car-hoods problem. Perhaps some really slippery stuff on the hood?

She feels safe up there and has a better view of the world. I’ve only had cats on cars before . . .

Cute photo of the naughty beagle but there is remorse in that pose. Don’t know how to stop it though.

She looks so cute lying there – maybe the metal of the car gets warm, even if there isn’t much sun.
I think she does like the warmth of the car hood.
On that particular day, it was chilly out and I had been home about 20 minutes so I know the hood felt like a heater to her! She also liked getting up on the hood in the sweltering summer heat too. During the summer, I couldn’t figure out how she could stand to be on the hot metal and not scorch her fur! LOL
Too cute. Some hoods must be more comfortable than others, for sure!
