Wordless Wednesday: Honey

This is Honey, our almost 4 year old Chow/Collie mix. She was another abandoned puppy that we rescued on Valentine’s Day in 2005. (Guess what I got for Valentine’s Day that year? 
) She’s a sweetheart and an awesome watchdog. Don’t you just love her eyes? They’re so expressive. Oh, and her tail is usually a lot prettier and bushier, but I had to trim it when she stuck it in a briar bush a few weeks ago. Oops!

Look, Ma! It’s Snowing!
Do you see the white stuff? That’s snow!!! Having snow in October seems really weird, but it’s still fun! The ground isn’t cold enough yet for the snow to stick, but I love it! I’m soooo excited!!!

P.S. – Someone remind me of my excitement in the middle of February when I just want spring to come.
