Can You Believe It?

Author: Can you believe that it is August already? Where has this year gone?!? Is it just me or do the years seem to go faster and faster as we get older?
I do want to apologize for not moderating your comments very well. When we moved, we switched internet and email providers. I changed my Blogger login ID but never thought to change the settings so that I was notified when there were comments. Oops!
I feel better now because it was discouraging not getting any comments. =) I figured I had lost readers since my blogging slowed down (drastically). Thankfully, I still have a few readers!
In other news, I picked up a new client last week! I heard about an online magazine that was looking for submission editors, so I sent in my resume. As I have time, I’ll be reading both fiction and non-fiction articles that have been submitted for publication and deciding which ones meet the magazine’s criteria.
I’m excited to branch out in the area of fiction! (Most of my previous editorial work has focused on non-fiction.)
Do you know how fascinating a family tree can be? The little details in our family tree have caused my mind to spin all sorts of tales. I’m eager to start developing some of the tales, one in particular, and see where it takes me. I’m hoping the Lord allows me the opportunity!
