Second reaction was much like Kara's first. Gut Check. I basically followed her thought process the whole way through. What I found odd was that The letter was dated for July 31st today is the August 23rd and there was no post mark on envelope.. Well thank you Kara for your post it has sufficiently discouraged me to continue my research..
