Well, close enough. I’ve been missing from the blog world since Wednesday morning all because the dog ate my power cord. Yep, we left late Wednesday morning (right after I did the Mr. Linky for my Wordless Wednesday post) to go to a doctor’s appointment, and when we came home Wednesday evening, the darling little “puppy” (4 months old) had chewed through some of the wires on my laptop power cord. Sigh. Of course, by the time we discovered the problem and I conversed with my brother on the phone to find some place to order another one from, the end of the business day had happened. We had to wait 2 days even with overnight shipping. Why do I think this puppy is way too expensive? 
Don’t get me wrong – I loved being “unplugged” for a couple of days. It was quite refreshing. My floors are spotless, the coupons have a new organization system, we did a lot of shopping today, and the laundry pile is quite a bit smaller. But now I’m back.
